Connecting to QB Remotely

1. Connect to the office VPN (see http://procedures.i4.net/How-to-connect-to-the-Office-VPN)
2. Launch the Remote Desktop App on your computer
   1. Windows: click on the "Type here to search" and enter "RDP" click on Remote Desktop Connection
   2. Mac: You will need to install the Microsoft Remote Desktop application and run it.
3. For the connection name enter one of the following:
   • "172.16.1.48" (QB1)
   • "172.16.1.80" (QB2)
4. Your user name and password are the same as your computer login
5. Launch Quickbooks

Note: only 1 person can be logged into the computer at a time. We are adding a second computer shortly and these instructions will be updated to add the IP address for the second computer once it is ready.
