Go to the WordPress site "admin" to login in - you will know the site is using 2FA as the version will be 2.1 (or higher)
The first time you login you will see the message in the yellow box at the top of the screen indicating you need to set up your 2FA. - click on the "Configure 2FA" link. NOTE: by default you only have 1 day to set this up - if you do not set it up and try to login after the first day you will be locked out - You will need to reach out to Dave or Sara to unlock your account and allow you to login.
Using the appropriate app (see links at top of this page), you will need to scan the QR code to set up the website 2FA authentication.
Tap the "Add Account" icon on the scren. Follow the instructions in the app to setup the website 2FA. This will need to be done for each website. There is a "search" option at the top of the screen to help you find the correct app to get the 2FA code.
After the app has finished configuration you will enter the code from the app on the right bottom of the set up screen.
After the initial username and password you will be prompted for the 2FA code. Open the Authy App and find the website and enter the code presented. Note that this code changes about every 30 seconds and shows a countdown timer. If the timer is close to ending, wait and enter the next code.
