DKIM, DMARC and SPF
DKIM
You will use the data generated by the mail server. Log in to email.i4.net, search for the domain you need to update, glick on the general tab and then click on the "Eanble" button under "Email Signing". Once added to the DNS youy will need to return to the same page (if still open, close the popup window with the DNS TXT record to add) and then click "Enable" again. You should see a message indicating the DKIM is running if everything was done correctly.
DMARC
Type: TXT
Host: _dmarc
value: v=DMARC1; p=none;
TTL: 86400 or default
SPF
Host: @ (or client's full domain name)
value: v=spf1 mx ~all
TTL: 86400 or default
IMPORTANT NOTE:
If using i4 Solutions DNS you will not be able to add the DKIM or DMARC records due to a bug in the admin. You are not able to add entries that contain the underscore character. To add them you will need to create the host without the underscore character, then edit it in the database to add the underscore character. Once this is done you can complete the DNS record update.
